If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange or refund your item within 14 days of receipt. Please read the returns and exchanges procedure carefully.

• In order for us to process your request you must contact us within 3 days of the initial purchase to customerservices@glamcityfashions.com. Please state that you require either an exchange or refund and we will email you the Returns Form.
• This must be completed and returned to us via email within 48 hours of receiving the Returns Form. 
  
• Once we acknowledge your exchange or refund we will provide you with an authorisation email containing your authorised Returns Form.
• Please include the authorisation email along with a copy of the authorised Returns Form, together with your returned item.
  
• Please return the item in its original, undamaged, unscented condition, with tags intact to the return address given on the Returns Form.
• ALL returns must be sent Recorded Delivery in case of a claim where proof of postage is required.

• ALL returns must arrive back at our premises WITHIN 14 days of the initial purchase.
• With regards to an exchange, we are happy to send your exchange to you free of charge. However, this is dependant on size and weight of the item. If we deem your item to be too large/heavy we will require a £2 postage charge (approx 50% of the original postage) for us to send your exchange to you.
• With regards to a refund, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin/re-stocking fee.
• Lingerie items, hairpieces, jewellery and/or other accessories will strictly not be exchanged or refunded due to health and hygiene reasons.
