Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
1) Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
2) You as a Consumer
a) Glam City Fashions will only enter into a contract with you if you are over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
b) We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
3) Formation of the Contract
a )When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
b) A contract between us will not be formed until we send you a confirmation by email that the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you.
c) Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
d) We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable from stock, your payment not being authorised or an error in the product description.
4) Pricing and Availability
a) Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur from time to time. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
b) If we are unable to contact you within 72 hours we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
c) We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
d) All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
5) Payment Details
a) Payment shall be made by you by the means specified on our website and shall not be deemed to be made until we have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the order.

6) Discount Codes
a) Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders. Such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code are offered and registered.
b) We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website.
7) Delivery
a) Delivery costs are stated within our website and during the checkout process.
b) Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation.
c) However, sometimes during busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your item within 5-7 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.
d) A signature is required on delivery as all items are sent 1st Class Recorded. If you are not available to sign for the item then you should contact your local postal service to arrange re-delivery.
e) Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays, which we will not be held responsible for.
f) We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Once the item leaves our premise they then become the responsibility of the courier. You must contact them directly with any resulting concerns.

9) Disclaimer of Liability
a) The material displayed on this website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
b) Glam City Fashions shall not be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this website.
c) Without prejudice to the foregoing, our total aggregate liability to you under and/or arising in relation to this contract shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products.
d) Nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence or any liability which is due to our fraud or any other liability which we are not permitted to exclude or limit as a matter of law.
e) Nothing in this contract shall exclude or limit your statutory rights.
10) Intellectual Property Rights
We own all and any intellectual property rights in connection with the products absolutely.
11) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless glamcityfashions.com, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your breach of these terms and conditions, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.
12) Communication
All communications given by you to us must be given to us at customerservices@glamcityfashions.com. We may give replies to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when placing an order. We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours but please allow a reasonable amount of time to receive a response.
13) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14) Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
15) Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and us. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Glam City Fashions.
